Site Info: Manage Access

  1. Select Manage Access.
  2. Select the button next to Publish site if you would like to make your site available to students/participants.
  3. Select Update to update your changes.
To allow your PROJECT site to be joined by anyone logging into TRACS, select the button next to Allow any TRACS user to join the site under the Global Access section. If you choose this option, select a role for those that join your site from the drop-down menu.
