Import MyLabsPlus Grades into Gradebook

MyLabsPlus grade items will only appear in TRACS Gradebook the following day after configuring them in MyLabsPlus.

  1. Log into TRACS
  2. Navigate to your course site, then to Gradebook.
  3. In the Tools menu, select MyLabsPlus Configuration.
  4. Select the checkboxes for the Grade Items from MyLabsPlus you wish to import to Gradebook.
    If you plan to create new grade items in MyLabsPlus and want the new item to import automatically into TRACS, select the checkbox Automatically synchronize new MyLabsPlus items with Gradebook.
  5. Previous unselected grade items will remain unselected but the new items created will be imported into Gradebook.
  6. Select Save to import the Grade Items, or Cancel to exit without importing grades.
