The Profile tool allows users to create an online profile with contact information and share it with users they choose. All information added to the Profile tool is private until the user chooses to make it visible to other users.

Create and Edit Profile

  1. Log into TRACS and select Home.
  2. Select Profile from the tool list.
  3. Select the Profile tab next to Wall.
  4. To add information in Basic Information, Contact Information, Staff Information, Business Information, Students Information, Social Networking and Personal Information fields, mouse-over the area you wish to edit and select Edit.
  5. Select Save Changes.
