My Workspace Troubleshooting

I tried reordering/hiding my sites using Preferences and the sites are not reordered/hidden.

Make sure you clicked the Update Preferences button and then refreshed your screen. You may refresh the screen by clicking your browser’s refresh button or by clicking on another site in TRACS.

I added a file to the Resources tool in My Workspace. Who can see that Resource?

Only you. The files added to the Resources tool in My Workspace are only visible (by default) to you.

I need to change my name in TRACS.

a. If you are faculty or staff, please contact Human Resources at 245-2557 or hr@txstate.edu

b. If you are a student, please contact the Registrar at 245-2367 or registrar@txstate.edu

I added an event to the My Workspace Calendar tool, but my site participants cannot see the event.

The Calendar tool in My Workspace is only available to you. You will need to add the event to Calendar in the site itself.
