Roster

Roster allows you to download and print your site's class roster. Within Roster, you are able to view a site participant’s name, username, picture, and profile, if they have created one. Only instructors are allowed to view Roster photos.


How to View the Roster

Only site members with the appropriate site permissions can view the Roster tool (Instructors and TAs).
  1. In the left Tool List of your site, select Roster. By default, students will be listed alphabetically.
  2. Hover over a participant’s name and select View full profile, to view their profile, if they have created one. Instructors will also be able to view students' official University ID photo by selecting the "Pictures" tab. TAs do not have access to Roster photos. Selecting the Enrollment Status button allows you to see the drop date when a student officially drops a course.
  3. Select Back to return to the main Roster page.
A privacy hold indicator displays to the left of names on Roster Overview and above names on the Pictures page for users that have requested a Privacy Hold under FERPA.

How to Export the Roster

  1. In the left Tool List of your site, select Roster.
  2. Select Export in the upper right corner of the screen to export the roster.
  3. Save the file and open with Microsoft Excel.

How to Print the Roster

  1. In the left Tool List of your site, select Roster.
  2. Select Print.
  3. Follow your printer settings to finish printing the roster.
